  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit. In such cases, your original service fee will apply toward a future appointment.

  • We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee. Life happens—we understand. If an emergency arises, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Habitual cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

  • Due to the personalized nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds on services purchased or rendered. If you are ever unhappy with a treatment, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address your concerns. While results are not guaranteed, we’re committed to working with you on a case-by-case basis to ensure satisfaction.

  • All product sales are final. If you have concerns with a product, please contact the manufacturer directly. We’re happy to assist you with any questions regarding use or alternatives.
